Aprenda a añadir empresas a su organización a través de la aplicación web.

The Companies feature is currently in Early Access. If you're interested, go to the web app, select Empresas from your organization name on the lower-left corner, and click Get Early Access.

¿Qué son las empresas de SafetyCulture?

La función Empresas de SafetyCulture ayuda a las organizaciones a mantener un registro organizado de las empresas contratistas con las que trabajan. Permite a los administradores gestionar eficazmente los datos de los contratistas, los contactos principales, los trabajadores y los documentos clave de cumplimiento, como certificaciones y licencias.

Puede clasificar las empresas contratistas por tipo y gestionar sus detalles a través de sus perfiles de empresa. Además, puede añadir usuarios a una empresa, supervisar la actividad de los usuarios y realizar un seguimiento de la validez y las fechas de caducidad de los documentos almacenados asociados a cada empresa.

Añadir una empresa

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click your organization name on the lower-left corner of the page and select Empresas.

  3. Click Icono PlusAñadir empresa on the upper right-hand side of the page.

  4. Enter the following company details:

    • Company logo: Upload an image of the company logo.

    • Name: Enter the company's name.

    • Type: Select or create a company type.

    • ID: Enter the company's unique ID.

    • Phone number: Enter the company's contact number.

    • Email: Enter the company's email address.

    • Address: Enter the company's location.

    • Status: Select whether the company is Approved, Pending, or Deactivated.

  5. Click Next: UsersRight-arrow icon to add new or existing users to your company. You can also choose whether to assign them as a company manager or member.

  6. Click Hecho.

You can only bulk upload up to 500 companies at a time.

Bulk upload companies

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click your organization name on the lower-left corner of the page and select Empresas.

  3. Click More vertical icon on the upper-right corner of the page and select Bulk upload CSV iconSubida en masa (CSV).

  4. Click Download iconDescargar plantilla CSV on the upper-right of the page.

  5. Open the CSV template and prepare your companies.

  6. Once you're ready, your CSV should look something like the following example:

  7. Go back to the web app and upload your CSV.

  8. Review the list of companies you're uploading. If there are any errors, resolve each error, and then click Volver a subir and try again.

  9. Once you're ready, click Finalizar y subir on the upper-right of the page.

CSV troubleshooting guide

If there's an error in the CSV of companies you've uploaded, we'll highlight it when you're reviewing the data. You can refer to the following potential errors for resolutions.

Company type doesn't exist

Please ensure the company type is created in your organization. If the credential type has been created already, check that the spelling in your CSV file is correct.

Company name already exists

Please ensure the company name is unique.
