Gestione los logros de capacitación

Aprenda cómo gestionar los logros para los cursos de formación a través de la aplicación web.

¿Qué son los logros?

Los logros son una parte esencial de la función de Formación de SafetyCulture. Son insignias especiales que su equipo puede ganar por alcanzar varios hitos en sus cursos de formación asignados. En función de la fórmula elegida, el logro aparecerá automáticamente para el usuario una vez que haya cumplido todos los criterios, premiando su progreso y gamificando su experiencia.

Tenga en cuenta que la función de Formación se encuentra actualmente en Acceso temprano. Si desea registrarse para el Acceso temprano, registre su interés y nuestro equipo contactará con usted.

Qué necesitará

La creación de logros personalizados sólo está disponible para las organizaciones con el Plan Premium o Plan Plan Enterprise.

Crear un logro

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click Training iconFormación from the menu on the left-hand side and select Gestionar.

  3. Click Engage at the top of the page and select Logros.

  4. Click Plus iconCrear un logro on the upper-right of the page.

  5. On this page, configure the following settings for the achievement:

    • Title (required): Enter a title for the achievement.

    • Recipe (required): Set the criteria for what a user must do to earn the achievement.

    • Styling: Style the achievement to match your brand and tone.

    • Translations: Add translations to support a multilingual team.

  6. Once you're ready, click the dropdown menu below the title and select Live. Then, click Guardar on the upper-right of the page. Crear un logro personalizado a través de la aplicación web.

  7. In the pop-up window, click Establecer en vivo

Once an achievement is set to "Live" and saved, the recipe can't be edited to ensure fairness for your team in earning the same achievement, so be sure to check your recipe configuration before setting it "Live" and saving.

Habilitar o deshabilitar un logro

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click Training iconFormación from the menu on the left-hand side and select Gestionar.

  3. Click Engage at the top of the page and select Logros.

  4. Click the achievement.

  5. Click the dropdown menu below the title and select Live to enable or Archivado to disable.

  6. Click Guardar.

Exportar los mejores estudiantes

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click Training iconFormación from the menu on the left-hand side and select Gestionar.

  3. Click Engage at the top of the page and select Logros.

  4. Click the achievement.

  5. Select Mejores estudiantes and click Export Achievers on the right-hand side. Exportar la lista de ganadores de un logro a través de la aplicación web.
