Manage media settings for your organization

Learn how to manage media upload and watermark settings for inspections, actions, issues, and assets via the web app to maintain consistency and compliance across your team.

Why manage media settings for your organization?

Media settings give you control over how photos and other media are captured, helping ensure every attachment is accurate, reliable, and consistent. With options to automatically add timestamps and manage whether uploads come directly from the camera or gallery, teams can maintain clear standards for capturing visual evidence.

This is especially helpful when documenting work in the field, verifying site conditions, or meeting compliance requirements. By ensuring every photo reflects what’s happening in real time, media settings help build trust, accountability, and confidence across your organization.
