View assets with open actions

Learn how to view assets with open actions via the web app and the mobile app.

What you'll need

View an asset with an open action

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Assets cube iconAssets from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Click image on the upper-right of the assets list.

  4. In the dropdown, select Open actions. View an asset with an open action via the web app.

  5. Now, you can see each asset's number of open actions in the new column.

  1. Open the mobile app.

  2. Tap Assets gallery view iconMore at the lower-right corner of your screen.

  3. Select Assets cube iconAssets from the list of options.

  4. Tap image at the upper-left of your screen.

  5. Turn "Show only assets with open actions" on. View an asset with an open action via the mobile app.

  6. Tap Done at the upper-right of your screen and see the list filtered to assets that have open actions.
