Manage linked templates for action types

Learn how to manage linked templates for action types via the web app.

Why add templates to actions?

Creating an action allows you to identify and track tasks as a team. Typically, an inspection is needed to conduct a more detailed observation before completing a task. By adding templates to actions, your team can have readily available templates to streamline task completion and ensure that details are captured accurately.

Manage linked templates for an action type

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Actions iconActions from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Click Settings iconSettings on the upper-right of the page.

  4. Click Edit type on the right-hand side of the action type.

  5. Scroll down to the "LINK" section and turn "Inspections" on or off. Manage linked templates for an action type via the web app.
