Approve inspections

Learn how to approve your team's inspections via the web app and mobile app.

What you'll need

Approve an inspection

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Inspections from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Click Continue on the inspection's right-hand side.

  4. After reviewing the inspection, navigate to the approval page and answer the questions accordingly.

  5. Click Complete to approve the inspection.

  6. The user will be notified that their inspection has been approved. Please note that approval notifications are subject to the recipients' notification settings.

  1. Open the mobile app.

  2. Tap Inspections at the bottom of your screen.

  3. Select In Progress & Complete tab at the top of your screen.

  4. Tap the inspection and select Continue inspection.

  5. Navigate to the approval page and answer the questions accordingly.

  6. Tap Complete to approve the inspection.

  7. The user will be notified that their inspection has been approved. Please note that approval notifications are subject to the recipients' notification settings.

To approve inspections on the mobile app, users must be on version 24.23 and above.
