Import courses from the Course Library

Learn how to import courses from the Course Library via the web app.

What is the Course Library?

The Course Library contains a growing list of fully editable content designed to help authors rapidly create and deploy content on a range of topics.

The courseware within the Course Library can be utilized as a template to build upon, as inspiration, or to visualize different ways that concepts can be interpreted.

What you'll need

Import a course from the Course Library

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Training iconTraining from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Click Content at the top of the page and select Course Library.

  4. Click the course to preview it in the side panel.

  5. In the side panel, click Import to import the course and then continue browsing, or click Right-arrow iconOpen in editor to import and go straight to editing the course. Import or edit a course from the Course Library via the web app.

  1. Open the mobile app.

  2. Tap Training iconTraining at the bottom of your screen.

  3. Tap image at the lower-right of your screen.

  4. In the pop-up menu, select Library iconBrowse Course Library.

  5. Search and tap the course you want to import.

  6. Tap Import at the bottom of your screen. Import a course from the Course Library via the mobile app.

  7. Once imported, you'll also receive an email with a link that takes you to edit the course on the web app.
