Share Analytics dashboards

Learn how to share Analytics dashboards via the web app.

We currently have a legacy and a new experience with the Analytics feature.

This article covers the new Analytics experience. Please ensure you're in the new experience by using the toggle on the upper-left of the Analytics page.

What you'll need

If you don't have the "Analytics: Manage" permission, you can only share dashboards you've created.

Share an Analytics dashboard

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Analytics from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Click the dashboard.

  4. Click Share on the upper-right of the page.

  5. In the pop-up window, search and select the groups from the dropdown menu.

  6. Click Done.

  7. Click Share iconShare dashboard.

  8. By default, each group is given the "View" access level to the Analytics dashboard. You can click View next to each group to remove their access.
