Share Analytics reports

Learn how to share Analytics reports via the web app.

Why share Analytics reports?

By sharing customized reports in Analytics, you can tailor specific data sets to the needs of different groups within your organization. Customizing your Analytics reports helps you visualize the trends that are most important to you.

What you'll need

Take note

  • Report access can only be given to:

    • The entire organization

    • Groups

  • Data within reports can modified by using the following filters:

    • Date range

    • Time period

    • Sites

  • You are only able to give report access of up to 40 groups and 100 reports for an organization.

  • The Analytics report customization feature is currently in Early Access and only supports Actions and Issues Analytics.

Share an Analytics report

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Analytics from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Select either Issues or Actions from the tab on the top of the page.

  4. Click Share on the upper-right of the page.

  5. In the pop-up window, search and select the groups from the dropdown menu.

  6. Click Done.

  7. Click Share iconShare report next to the dropdown menu.

  8. By default, each group gets given the "View" access level to the Analytics report. You can click View next to each group to update the access level.
