Why comment on Heads Ups?

Enabling comments on your Heads Ups creates opportunities for your audience to crystallize their understanding of your messages by asking questions and gaining knowledge from others. Commenting is an easy way for everyone involved to learn more in one central location, right from the Heads Up.

What you'll need

Take note

  • To allow commenting, the author needs to enable comments when creating a Heads Up.

  • A limit of 2000 characters per comment applies.

Comment on a Heads Up

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Heads Up from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Click the Heads Up.

  4. In the pop-up window, enter your comment on the lower-right or reply to an existing comment. Comment on a Heads Up via the web app.

  5. Press return or enter on your keyboard, or click image.

  1. Open the mobile app.

  2. Tap Assets gallery view iconMore at the bottom of your screen.

  3. Tap Heads Up from the list of options.

  4. Tap the Heads Up.

  5. Enter your comment at the bottom of your screen or reply to an existing comment. Comment on a Heads Up via the mobile app.

  6. Press the enter icon or return on your keyboard, or click image.
