Delete sites

Learn how to delete sites or levels from your organization via the web app.

Take note

  • Although it's possible to bulk update sites by downloading your organization's sites to CSV and then modifying it for upload, removing sites from the CSV file does not delete those sites.

  • Deleted sites cannot be selected for features such as inspections and cannot be used for filtering in Analytics. However, existing data will still be associated with deleted sites for your reference.

Confirmation is always required before any deletion, so be sure you're not accidentally deleting the wrong site. If you accidentally delete sites, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Delete a site or level

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click your organization name on the lower-left corner of the page and select Sites.

  3. Click the name of the site or level.

  4. On this page, select the Details tab and click Delete iconDelete site.

  5. In the pop-up window, enter the site's name and click Delete site.

Bulk delete sites or levels

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click your organization name on the lower-left corner of the page and select Sites.

  3. Check the sites' or levels' boxes and click Delete iconDelete on the lower-right of the page. Bulk delete sites via the web app.

  4. In the pop-up window, enter the first selected site's name and click Delete sites.
