Update my credit card details

Learn how to update your plan's credit card details via the web app.

  • Keep in mind that if your gateway is offline, your sensors will appear offline as well. It's best to troubleshoot your gateway first before your sensors.

Update your plan's credit card details to stay on top of payments and minimize disruptions for your SafetyCulture organization.

Take note

  • Your credit card details are not used for payments if your organization pays by invoice.

Update your credit card details

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click your organization name on the lower-left corner of the page and select Billing.

  3. Click Details at the top of the page.

  4. Click Edit iconEdit in the "Payment" box. Update the credit card details via the web app.

  5. Update your credit card details, then click Save and apply.

Frequently asked questions

Currently, it's not possible to remove your credit card details via the web app or mobile app. Please contact our customer support team to remove your credit card details.
