Change my account username

Learn how to change your SafetyCulture account username via the web app to make sure that your details are up to date and stays consistent with user information across the organization.

If you have "Platform management: Users" permission, you can also change account usernames for your users.

What you'll need

If you're in multiple organizations, your username needs to be updated separately per organization you're a part of.

Change your username

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click your username on the lower-left corner of the page and select My Profile.

  3. Click Settings iconSettings on the upper-right of the page.

  4. Click Pencil iconEdit in the "Details" section.

  5. Update the "First name" and "Last name" fields accordingly. Edit the username for your SafetyCulture account via the web app.

  6. Click Save changes on the lower left-hand side of the "Details" section.
