Download actions as CSV or Excel

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Actions iconActions in the sidebar or select it in Assets gallery view iconMore.

  3. If you're on BoardBoard or Calendar (dates) iconCalendar view, change it to List iconList view.

  4. Filter to narrow down the results. You can also select the number of actions you want to download on the upper-left of the page.

  5. Click Download iconDownload on the lower-right of the page and select Excel or CSV.

  6. This downloads all actions as a CSV or Excel file, following any applied filters.

For CSV, the number of files depends on the number of action types selected. If multiple action types are included, the files will be bundled into a ZIP file. For Excel, a single file will be downloaded, with each action type shown in a separate sheet within the workbook.
