Download actions to CSV and Excel
Learn how to download actions to CSV and Excel via the web app.
Why download my actions to CSV and Excel?
Downloading data as a CSV packs raw information into a single file, which can be easily imported into another platform or used for record-keeping. However, for organizations whose systems don't handle CSV formats well, downloading the data as an Excel file facilitates easier integration into their workflows.
What you'll need
You can only download up to 10,000 actions at a time. If you have more than 10,000 actions to export, we recommend filtering your actions to export them in smaller batches.
Download actions to CSV and Excel
Select Actions from the menu on the left-hand side.
If you're on Board or Calendar view, change it to List view.
Filter to narrow down the results. You can also select the number of actions you want to download on the upper-left of the page.
Click Download on the lower-right of the page and select Excel or CSV.
This downloads all actions, following any applied filters, to CSV or Excel.
For CSV, the number of files depends on the number of action types, and if there are multiple action types, the files will be bundled into a zip file. For Excel, a single file will be downloaded, with each action type appearing as a separate sheet within the workbook.
