The Lone Worker feature is currently in Early Access. If you're interested, go to the web app, select 
Alleinarbeit from the menu on the left-hand side, and click Get Early Access. We'll email you once your organization has access to the feature.
Is Lone Worker not in your menu? Reach out to your Customer Success Manager to express your interest.
Alleinarbeiter-Aufträge live anzeigen
Select
Alleinarbeit from the menu on the left-hand side.Each active job can be viewed on the live map. Click the job on the side panel to see the full details.

Alleinarbeit from the menu on the left-hand side.Select Verlauf at the top of the page.
Click on the job to view the following details in the side panel:
Status: The status of a job.
ID number: The unique identifier of a job.
Job type: The type of job performed.
User: The user who conducted a job.
Start: The date and time a job began.
End: The date and time a job was completed.
Duration: The total time taken to complete a job.
