Inspektionen genehmigen

In diesem Artikel erfahren Sie mithilfe der Web-App und der Mobile-App die Inspektionen Ihres Teams genehmigen können.

Was Sie brauchen

To approve inspections on the mobile app, users must be on version 24.23 and above.

Eine Inspektion genehmigen

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Inspektionen from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Click Weiter on the inspection's right-hand side.

  4. After reviewing the inspection, navigate to the approval page and answer the questions accordingly.

  5. Click Complete to approve the inspection.

  6. The user will be notified that their inspection has been approved. Please note that approval notifications are subject to the recipients' notification settings.

  1. Open the mobile app.

  2. Tap Inspektionen at the bottom of your screen.

  3. Select Im Gange und Abgeschlossen tab at the top of your screen.

  4. Tap the inspection and select Continue inspection.

  5. Navigate to the approval page and answer the questions accordingly.

  6. Tap Complete to approve the inspection.

  7. The user will be notified that their inspection has been approved. Please note that approval notifications are subject to the recipients' notification settings.

Once an inspection with an approval page is approved, it can’t be marked as incomplete.
