Link templates to issue categories

Learn how to link templates to issue categories via the web app and mobile app to help streamline the resolution process of a reported issue.

Why link templates to issue categories?

Linking templates to an issue category makes your selected templates available directly in any issue that belongs to that category. When a safety incident is reported, the right inspection template is already available in the issue, so your team can start an inspection right away. Without this, inspectors have to search for templates manually, which can cause delays and lead to inconsistent follow-ups. Linking templates ensures the right inspection gets done every time and keeps your resolution process consistent across your team.

Report an issue and start an inspection using a linked template via the web app.
