Delete my account

Learn how to delete your SafetyCulture account via the web app and the mobile app, and what to consider before deleting to protect your data.

To delete the entire organization, you must first deactivate all other users. After they're deactivated, their accounts are also permanently deleted as part of the process.

Delete my account

  1. Log in to the web app (opens in new tab).

  2. Click your organization name on the lower-left corner of the page and select Organization settings.

  3. Select Global settings at the top of the page.

  4. Scroll down to the "Delete organization" section and click Delete organization. The Delete organization section showing the Delete organization button.

  5. In the pop-up window, click Delete.

By requesting to have your SafetyCulture account deleted, you understand that all SafetyCulture data in your current organization will be permanently removed.
