Delete issues

Learn how to delete issues via the web app and the mobile app to keep your workspace clean and focused.

Deleting is irreversible, and we cannot restore permanently deleted items. Confirmation is always required before any deletion, so be sure you're not accidentally deleting the wrong item.

Delete an issue

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Issues iconIssues in the sidebar or select it in Assets gallery view iconMore.

  3. Click More horizontal iconon the right of the issue and select Delete iconDelete. The Issues page showing the option to delete an issue.

  4. In the pop-up window, click Delete.

  1. Open the mobile app.

  2. Tap Issues iconIssuesin the navigation bar or select it fromAssets gallery view iconMore.

  3. Tap the issue that you want to delete.

  4. Tap More horizontal icon at the upper-right corner of your screen and select Delete iconDelete.

  5. In the pop-up window, tap Delete.

Bulk delete issues

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Issues iconIssues in the sidebar or select it in Assets gallery view iconMore.

  3. Select the issues you want to delete by checking each issue’s box on the left-hand side of the page.

  4. Click Delete iconDelete on the lower-right corner of the page. The Issues page showing the option to delete multiple issues.

  5. In the pop-up window, click Delete.

Bulk deleting issues is only available on the web app, with a limit of 100 issues at a time.
