Comment gérer les acquis des formations à partir de l'application Web ?

Que sont les acquis de formation ?

Les acquis de formation sont un élément essentiel de la fonctionnalité Formation dans SafetyCulture. Il s'agit de badges que votre équipe peut gagner en accomplissant diverses tâches dans le cadre de la formation qui lui a été attribuée. En fonction de la formule choisie, l'acquis de formation apparaîtra une fois qu'un utilisateur aura rempli les critères, le récompensant ainsi pour ses progrès et gamifiant son expérience.

Veuillez noter que la fonction de formation est actuellement en Accès anticipé. Si vous souhaitez vous inscrire à l'accès anticipé, veuillez nous faire part de votre intérêt et notre équipe vous contactera.

Vous aurez besoin

La création d'acquis de formation personnalisés n'est disponible que pour les organisations ayant souscrit à l'Offre Premium ou Enterprise.

Créer un acquis de formation

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click Training iconFormation from the menu on the left-hand side and select Gérer.

  3. Click Engage at the top of the page and select Acquis de formation.

  4. Click Plus iconCréer un acquis de formation on the upper-right of the page.

  5. On this page, configure the following settings for the achievement:

    • Title (required): Enter a title for the achievement.

    • Recipe (required): Set the criteria for what a user must do to earn the achievement.

    • Styling: Style the achievement to match your brand and tone.

    • Translations: Add translations to support a multilingual team.

  6. Once you're ready, click the dropdown menu below the title and select Live. Then, click Enregistrer on the upper-right of the page. Créer un acquis de formation personnalisé à partir de l'application Web.

  7. In the pop-up window, click Définir comme en ligne

Once an achievement is set to "Live" and saved, the recipe can't be edited to ensure fairness for your team in earning the same achievement, so be sure to check your recipe configuration before setting it "Live" and saving.

Activer ou désactiver un acquis de formation

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click Training iconFormation from the menu on the left-hand side and select Gérer.

  3. Click Engage at the top of the page and select Acquis de formation.

  4. Click the achievement.

  5. Click the dropdown menu below the title and select Live to enable or Archivé to disable.

  6. Click Enregistrer.

Exporter les meilleurs apprenants

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click Training iconFormation from the menu on the left-hand side and select Gérer.

  3. Click Engage at the top of the page and select Acquis de formation.

  4. Click the achievement.

  5. Select Meilleurs apprenants and click Export Achievers on the right-hand side. Exporter la liste des lauréats d'un acquis de formation à partir de l'application Web.
