What happens when you archive a user field?
Archiving a user field hides it across SafetyCulture, removes it from user profiles, and removes any membership rules set up for it in groups and sites. The data stored in the field is retained. If you restore the field, your data comes back, but membership rules are not restored automatically and need to be set up again. To permanently remove a user field and all its associated data, you can delete the field instead.

Click your organization name on the lower-left corner of the page and select Usuarios.
Click on the upper-right corner of the page and select Gestionar campos de usuario.
Click on the right of the user field you want to edit, then select Archivo.
In the pop-up window, click Archivo.
