Create views for issues

Learn how to create an issues view via the web app.

What is a view?

Consider a view as a comprehensive list showcasing every issue detail you have set up about ongoing and past incidents. As more issues are reported, managing your issue list to find what you need becomes more challenging. Views are designed to help you easily track and analyze the status and specifics of each issue. You can search and apply filters to quickly grab the most relevant issues for your role and download your views so you can share them with your team.

You can only create up to 10 views that are visible only to you. However, you can download your issues list as a CSV and share the file with anyone. In addition, views you delete cannot be restored.

Create an issues view

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Issues iconContratiempos from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Click image on the top of the page to add a new view and enter a name accordingly.

  4. Click Crear.

  5. Apply filters to customize your view based on your criteria. The filters and search terms you apply will be automatically saved to your view.

  6. Clickimagenext to the view name to rename or delete the view.
