Si tiene problemas para subir archivos multimedia en SafetyCulture, intente seguir los siguientes consejos con cada archivo:
Compruebe el formato y el tamaño del archivo para asegurarse de que es compatible.
Si el archivo es grande, la subida puede tardar más, sobre todo si la conexión a Internet es deficiente. Asegúrese de disponer de una conexión estable e inténtelo de nuevo.
Si un archivo supera el límite de tamaño, intente comprimirlo o dividirlo en partes más pequeñas. En la aplicación móvil para dispositivos iOS, las fotos que se suben se comprimen automáticamente para garantizar que no superan el límite de subida.
