Delete user fields

Learn how to delete user fields in your organization via the web app.

Deletion is a two-step process. To delete a user field, you'll need to archive it first.

Deleting a user field will also remove all associated details from your users. Deleting is irreversible, and we cannot restore permanently deleted items. Confirmation is always required before any deletion, so be sure you're not accidentally deleting the wrong item.

Delete a user field

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click your organization name on the lower-left corner of the page and select Users.

  3. Click image on the upper-right corner of the page and select Users tag iconManage user fields.

  4. Click image on the upper-right corner of the page and select Storage iconView archived fields.

  5. Click image on the user field's right-hand side and select Delete iconDelete.

  6. In the pop-up window, click Delete.
