Whether you display the full workbook or specific sheets, you can provide live insights or editable content to streamline decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

  1. Log in to Microsoft 365.

  2. Click Microsoft Excel Apps iconApps from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Select Microsoft Excel Excel iconExcel.

  4. Click the Excel workbook you want to embed.

  5. Click File.

  6. Select Microsoft Excel Share iconShare, and then click Microsoft Excel Embed iconEmbed this workbook.

  7. In the pop-up window, customize how you want your embedded workbook to appear. Customize how you want your embedded Microsoft Excel to appear.

  8. Copy the embed code. Get the Microsoft Excel workbook embed link.

2. Display a Microsoft Excel workbook in SafetyCulture

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click your organization name on the lower-left corner of the page and select Integrations.

  3. Click Set up for "Microsoft Excel".

  4. In the pop-up window, click Install.

  5. Click Pencil iconEdit. Edit a Microsoft Excel installation via the web app.

  6. Click Add page.

  7. In the pop-up window, add the following details:

    • Label: Enter a name. This will appear on the left-hand side menu.

    • URL: Enter the Microsoft Excel embed link.

  8. Click Save.

  9. Click Add page to add another workbook. You can add up to 10 workbooks for your organization.

  10. View your Microsoft Excel from the menu on the left-hand side. View embedded Microsoft Excel workbook via the web app.
