To share and publish your private dashboards, you need a paid Microsoft Power BI license.

  1. Log in to Microsoft Power BI.

  2. Click File iconFile.

  3. Click Microsoft Excel Embed iconEmbed report.

  4. Select Publish to web (public). Select Publish to web (public) in Microsoft Power BI.

  5. In the pop-up window, copy the public embed HTML code. Copy the public embed HTML code in Microsoft Power BI.

  1. Log in to Microsoft Power BI.

  2. Click File iconFile.

  3. Click Microsoft Excel Embed iconEmbed report.

  4. Select Website or portal. Select Publish to web (public) in Microsoft Power BI.

  5. In the pop-up window, copy the private embed HTML code. Copy the private embed HTML code in Microsoft Power BI.

2. Display a Microsoft Power BI dashboard

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click your organization name on the lower-left corner of the page and select Integrations.

  3. Search for "Microsoft Power BI" and select the integration.

  4. Click Install at the center of the page.

  5. In the pop-up window, click Install.

  6. Click Add page.

  7. In the pop-up window, add the following details:

    • Label: Enter a name. This will appear on the left-hand side menu.

    • URL: Enter a Microsoft Power BI dashboard embed link.

  8. Click Save.

  9. Click Add page to add another dashboard. You can add up to 10 dashboards for your organization.
