Delete job types

Learn how to delete job types via the web app.

Please note that this feature is currently in Early Access. If you're interested, please contact your customer success manager to check if your organization is eligible.

What you'll need

Deleting is irreversible, and we cannot restore permanently deleted items. Confirmation is always required before any deletion, so be sure you're not accidentally deleting the wrong item.

Delete a job type

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Lone Worker iconLone Worker from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Click Settings iconSettings on the upper right-hand side.

  4. Click Job types.

  5. Click image on the right-hand side of the job type and select Delete iconDelete type. Delete a job type in Lone Worker via the web app.

  6. In the pop-up window, click Delete.
