View live and historical jobs

Learn how to view live and historical jobs via the web app.

The Lone Worker feature is currently in Early Access. If you're interested, go to the web app, select Lone Worker iconLone Worker from the menu on the left-hand side, and click Get Early Access. We'll email you once your organization has access to the feature.

Is Lone Worker not in your menu? Reach out to your Customer Success Manager to express your interest.

What you'll need

View live lone-work jobs

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Lone Worker iconLone Worker from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Each active job can be viewed on the live map. Click the job on the side panel to see the full details. If you want to view a job's full timeline of location updates, click Line iconView journey.

If multiple jobs are happening at the same time, you can turn Organize by groups on to group jobs together for easy viewing.

View historical lone-work jobs

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Lone Worker iconLone Worker from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Select History at the top of the page.

  4. Click on the job to view the full details in the side panel. You can also select the Map tab to view a job's full journey.
