Learn about course completion certificates in Training and how to download them individually or in bulk via the web app

What are course completion certificates?

Certificates are an important part of training as they validate skills and knowledge gained through learning programs. With SafetyCulture, you can provide certificates for each course your team members complete. To make it more relevant, you can even customize certificates to match your branding.

Although creating new certificate templates is only available to organizations on SafetyCulture Premium Plan or Enterprise Plan, organizations on SafetyCulture Free Plan can still customize the default certificate template.

Download my completion certificate

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click your username on the lower-left corner of the page and select My Profile.

  3. Under the "Qualifications" section, click Training.

  4. Click More vertical icon on the completed course and select Certificate iconView certificate.

  5. In the pop-up window, click the certificate to download it.

Bulk downloading training completion certificates is only available to users with "Training: Administration" permission.

Bulk download completion certificates

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Training iconTraining in the sidebar or select it in Assets gallery view iconMore.

  3. Click Settings iconSettings on the upper-right corner of the page.

  4. Select Certificates and then select Awarded.

  5. Click the course.

  6. Check the box on the upper-left of the list to select all users.

  7. Click Download icon (EdApp)Download selected. Bulk download training course completion certificates via the SafetyCulture web app.

Frequently asked questions

If your course's progress is reset, your previous certificate for that course will no longer be valid. You’ll need to complete the course again to earn a new certificate.
