Restore archived files and folders
Learn how to restore archived files and folders via the web app.
This feature is currently in Early Access. If you're interested, please contact our customer support team or your customer success manager to check if your organization is eligible.
What you'll need
You can also restore archived files and folders if you have "Edit" document access for the files and folders you want to restore.
Restore an archived file or folder
Select
Documents from the menu on the left-hand side.
Select Archive tab on the top of the page.
Click
on the file or folder's right-hand side and select
Restore file or
Restore folder.
In the pop-up window, select where your file or folder will be restored and click Move here.
If you want to restore your file to a new folder, click
Create new, enter the folder name, and click Create.
