Delete credentials

Learn how to delete credentials via the web app.

What you'll need

Deleting is irreversible, and we cannot restore permanently deleted items. Confirmation is always required before any deletion, so be sure you're not accidentally deleting the wrong item.

Delete a credential

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click your username on the lower-left corner of the page and select My Profile.

  3. In the "Qualifications" section, click Credentials iconCredentials.

  4. Click image on the right-hand side of the credential that you want to delete and select Delete iconDelete all versions. Delete a credential via the web app.

  5. In the pop-up window, click Delete.

Delete a user’s credential

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click your organization name on the lower-left corner of the page and select Users.

  3. Click the user's name.

  4. In the "Qualifications" section, click Credentials iconCredentials.

  5. Click image on the right-hand side of the credential that you want to delete and select Delete iconDelete. Delete a user's credential via the web app.

  6. In the pop-up window, click Delete.
