How do I reassign an inspection schedule?

Problem

When creating an inspection schedule, you can select users, groups, and even sites to complete it. However, you may need to reassign schedules due to changes in team members and responsibilities. Whatever your reason may be, you need an efficient way to change the assignees to schedules to prevent missed tasks and delayed workflows in your organization.

Solution

There are two ways you can change the assignees for an inspection schedule:

  • Update the schedule and edit the assignees accordingly.

  • If you assigned the schedule to a group or site, you can also update the members of that group or site to change the assignees for the scheduled inspection.

When you update inspection schedules, the changes only apply to the schedule's next occurrence.
