Update my billing address

Learn how to update your plan's billing address via the web app.

Why update my billing address?

When you sign up for an SafetyCulture plan with a credit card, you're required to provide a billing address. This address should match that of the credit card, as your card issuer may otherwise reject payments. Updating your billing address helps you avoid any potential disruptions or mismatches on your billing statements or tax invoices.

What you'll need

Update your billing address

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click your organization name on the lower-left corner of the page and select Billing.

  3. Click Details at the top of the page.

  4. Click Pencil iconEdit in the "Billing details" box. Update the billing address via the web app.

  5. Update your billing address accordingly.

  6. Click Save and apply.

If you're based on the United States, please also update your company address as that determines your sales tax.
