What is Spaced Repetition in SafetyCulture?
Spaced Repetition is a feature in SafetyCulture Training that helps you retain important information through short, targeted quizzes based on courses you’ve started. It’s built on the concept of spaced repetition, a learning technique that strengthens long-term memory by reviewing information at strategic intervals.
Once you’ve answered a question in a course that’s been selected for Spaced Repetition, your first quiz will be ready 24 hours later. The questions are ones you’ve already seen in your training, and new ones will be added as you complete other courses that have Spaced Repetition turned on.

Questions you answer correctly during each quiz will appear less often in future quizzes, while those you answer incorrectly will return in the next day’s quiz. This helps you focus on what you still need to learn until you get it right.
