Learn how to download issue reports as PDF via the web app and the mobile app to share accurate information about a reported incident to your team and stakeholders.

What are issue reports?

Issue reports are detailed summaries that document all relevant information and the full activity timeline for each reported issue. These reports help teams and stakeholders stay informed, maintain accurate records, and ensure visibility across the organization.

You can share issue reports by generating public links for real-time access or download them as PDF files for record-keeping. This promotes transparency and ensures teams can collaborate efficiently to track and resolve workplace issues.

Download an issue report as PDF

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Issues iconIssues in the sidebar or select it in Assets gallery view iconMore.

  3. Select the issue.

  4. In the issue profile, click More vertical icon on the upper-right corner.

  5. Click Download iconDownload PDF. On the issue profile, click the three-dot menu on the upper-right side of the page. Select "Download PDF."

  1. Open the mobile app.

  2. Tap Issues iconIssues in the navigation bar or select it from Assets gallery view iconMore.

  3. Tap the issue.

  4. In the issue profile, tap More horizontal icon on the upper-right corner of your screen and select Download iconView report.

  5. Tap Download iconPDF. Download issue report as PDF via the mobile app.
