Shows how to contact the SafetyCulture Support team from the web app, mobile apps, and our websites.

We've moved to a new platform for chats!

From September 1, you’ll get faster responses powered by our AI assistant with help from our team. If you’ve contacted us before, you can view past conversations as "Tickets" in the chat widget. If you have trouble finding a past conversation, please contact us for assistance.

For mobile app users, please ensure your mobile app is up-to-date to experience this improvement. Otherwise, you'll only be able to view conversations you've started from your mobile app, and you won't be able to continue conversations from the web to your mobile device, or vice versa, or access your full conversation history.

Chat

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click Intercom chat icon on the lower-right corner of the page. The chat widget button to contact SafetyCulture Support on the web app.

  3. Click Ask a question to start a new chat, or go to Messages to continue an existing one.

  1. Open the mobile app.

  2. Tap House-filled iconHome at the bottom of your screen, then tap your user profile icon at the upper-right corner.

  3. In the pop-up menu, select Message ellipsesLive chat with support. Live chat with support via the mobile app

  4. Tap Ask a question to start a new chat or tap Messages to continue an existing one.

  1. Go to safetyculture.com or help.safetyculture.com.

  2. Click Intercom chat icon on the lower-right corner of the page. The chat widget button to contact SafetyCulture Support on SafetyCulture websites.

  3. Click Ask a question to start a new chat, or go to Messages to continue an existing one.

Our friendly AI assistant is here to help all our customers and users. But if you’d like to chat with one of our human agents, just log in to SafetyCulture on either the web or mobile app and start a chat.
