Crear y editar colecciones de cursos

Aprenda a crear y editar colecciones de cursos a través de la aplicación web.

What are course collections?

Course collections are like folders in your content library, where you can organize courses based on your training needs. In course collections, you can group courses based on categories such as topics, roles, or teams in your organization. This way, you can easily find relevant courses whenever you need them.

Course collections in a content library

Course collections are only available to customers by request. If you're interested, please contact our customer support team or your customer success manager to check if your organization is eligible.

Create a course collection

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Training iconFormación from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. If you're on the "Learn" page, click Contenido at the top of the page and select Courses.

  4. Click Create course iconCreate course on the upper-right of the page and select Album icon for Create a collection buttonCreate a collection.

  5. On the course collection page, enter a title and description for the course collection. You can also create courses to include in the collection.

  6. Click Ajustes at the upper right of the page. Navigate to settings from the course collection page

  7. In the pop-up window, configure the settings accordingly:

    • Courses: Select courses to include in the collection.

    • Branding: Select a photo to appear on the course collection card in the content library.

    • More: Add a custom ID for the course collection.

  8. Changes are saved automatically.

Edit a course collection

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Training iconFormación from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. If you're on the "Learn" page, click Contenido at the top of the page and select Courses.

  4. Hover your cursor over the course collection and click Editar.

  5. On the course collection page, you can edit the title and description of the course collection. You can also add more courses or reorder the existing courses in the collection.

  6. Click Ajustes at the upper right of the page.

  7. In the pop-up window, configure the settings accordingly:

    • Courses: Select courses to include in the collection.

    • Branding: Select a photo to appear on the course collection card in the content library.

    • More: Add a custom ID for the course collection.

  8. Changes are saved automatically.

Creating a course collection to group courses is currently not optimized for mobile devices. Please follow the "Create a course collection" instructions and organize courses into a collection via the web app.
