Now that you have successfully rolled out SafetyCulture to your team, it’s time to send some supplementary resources to assist them in case they get stuck at any point. As with any platform, there is a learning curve, so it's important for them to know where and how to request help.

Our SafetyCulture Support Team will be here to help you learn and find answers about SafetyCulture. We have offices across the globe, including Kansas City, Manchester, Sydney, and Townsville. Our team is available for 24-hour support via email, live chat (mobile app, web app, and website), and phone when needed.

  2. Click Help on the lower-left corner of the page and select Live chat with support.

  3. Click on an existing conversation or New Conversation to start a new conversation.
