Check sensor signal strength in the Focus tab
Learn how to check sensor signal strength in the Focus tab via the web app and the mobile app.
Why check sensor signal strength in the Focus tab?
The Focus tab is a great way to cut through the noise and only focus on sensor alerts that require your immediate attention and create actions based on them. You can also identify sensors with weak signal strength to monitor connectivity between SafetyCulture and sensors.
What you'll need
Take note
The "Active alerts" or "Sensors with weak signal" sections will only be available if there are live sensor alerts or sensors with weak signal strengths.
RSSI is the measurement for most of sensors signal strength. The RSSI standard dictates that the closer the value is to 0, the stronger the signal is.
If you have sensors that appear to be disconnected or offline, please check our sensor troubleshooting guide. You can also contact our customer support team for further assistance.
