Resend organization invites

Learn how to resend organization invites via the web app.

Why resend organization invites?

Resending organization invites allows you to remind users about their invitation to your SafetyCulture organization, without the need to first cancel their invites. This can be helpful when your organization has a limited number of full seats available, as invites immediately take up available seats.

What you'll need

Resend a pending organization invite

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click your organization name on the lower-left corner of the page and select Users.

  3. Click View invites in the banner on the top of the page. If the banner is not available, there are no pending organization invites. Resend a pending organization invite via the "Users" page of the web app.

  4. Click image next to the user's name you want to resend an invite to.

  5. Click Send iconResend invite. Resend a pending invite from the "Users" page in the web app.
