Accept organization invites
Learn how to accept invites to join SafetyCulture organizations.
What are organization invites?
Organization invites are invitations you'll receive when users with the "user management" permission request for you to join their SafetyCulture organization. If you have an existing account, the invitation will become a pending invite and there will be some additional steps you may need to take before accepting the invite.

Take note
If you're the only user in a free organization, with no pending invites for other users, you can accept an invitation to join another organization immediately.
You can only be part of one organization at a time.
Email invites can sometimes get lost from company firewalls or spam filters. If you can't find your SafetyCulture organization invite, try checking your email's junk or spam box for the invitation. Alternatively, contact your administrator or our customer support team for assistance with your organization invites.
Not yet signed up
You should have received an email titled "Activate your SafetyCulture account".
Click Activate account in the email to open a web page.
Set your account password and click Activate account.
This takes you to the SafetyCulture web app indicating that your account is now in the organization, ready to use.
Already signed up
You should have received an email titled "Organization Invitation".
Click Join your team in the email to open a web page.
Click Log in and log in to your SafetyCulture web app to accept the invite.
Select "Accept as <your username>" to join the organization.
Click to open the web app in the organization.
Click your username on the lower-left corner of the page and select Profile settings.
Find the invite in the "Team Invitations" box and click Join.
Click Refresh Page in the pop-up window to reflect the change on your web app.
Frequently asked questions
Depending on the type of invite link you receive, it can become invalid if someone in the organization disables the invite link or cancels the invitation. In this case, please contact the person who invited you to the SafetyCulture organization.
