Manage offline files and folders

Learn how to manage offline availability for files and folders in Documents via the mobile app to give you reliable access even when offline.

How does offline availability for Documents work?

Offline availability lets you access your files and folders even without an internet connection, perfect for times when you're on the move or in areas with limited connectivity. You can also bookmark important files and folders to find them more easily later. Any bookmarks you add will sync automatically once you're back online. To ensure a file or folder is available offline, turn on offline availability while you're still connected to the internet so you can open essential files and folders anytime, anywhere.
